Chris was extremely helpful. I visited New Chapel Car Co. with my husband to look at a car that I'd seen on line. I eventually bought it, but at no time did I feel pressured into buying anything. Chris then guided us through the buying procedure. I definitely recommend this company and would buy from them again.

Such welcoming and friendly staff who don't push or manipulate your choices. No pressure and top notch customer service.
And they filled the 60l tank with diesel, which was so very generous, allowing us to journey home without worrying about filling up.
Despite the long drive, we would buy from them again.

Excellent service from this local business. Wanted to trade in a car without the hassle of selling privately or arguing with one of the big car buying chains. I got a reasonable price - I understand every business must make a profit - and was most impressed by the professional way the entire transaction was handled. I was paid a deposit immediately and the balance was settled instantly when the car was delivered a month later. Thoroughly recommend.

I feel I need to add more information to my review.. I found a slight problem with my car.. these guys went above and beyond to put it right at some expense. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I can't give 10. You won't find better service from a garage/ car sales company. More than happy ????

Absolutely friendly,fantastic,faultless service from start to finish. Having previously visited 2 local so called family run businesses which were far from that, I found this lovely Fiesta a bit further afield. From the first call to Paul,who was extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the car, to arranging to deliver it and checking everything was perfect after delivery, I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are local to them then you are very lucky and probably know about their great reputation already. But if not please give them a try you will not be disappointed. It is great to see that there are still genuine small businesses that take pride in their stock and service. Keep up the good work guys! Obviously I love the car,thanks.

Absolutely first class service. When I received a message from a car dealer in response to an Auto Trader ad, I have to admit to having second thoughts about even calling back. Luckily I did call Chris back and from that point until sale, the experience was unbelievably friendly and efficient. The sale price (very reasonable offer) was agreed over the phone with a deposit paid to me at that point. The collection was simple and absolutely no haggling at this point (the car WAS exactly as photos). Money was sent instantly, and the car was gone. Almost too good and simple to be true!

The car was presented immaculate inside and out. We did not feel hurried in any decisions or put under pressure to buy the car. They were very helpful and patient. Took our old car in part exchange. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Found the service really good. First time I've bought from a second-hand car dealer and very impressed with their service and the quality of the cars they had in stock. The car was MOTd for us and given a good clean before we picked it up. Finished all the paperwork on the day too, and that was also dealt with very efficiently. Would definitely recommend them if looking for a second-hand car and good friendly service!

I highly recommend these guys. Chris couldn’t have been more helpful, going out of his way to accommodate by opening up early to fit in with my plans. Then again when I picked up the car. The Honda Jazz looked immaculate and I’m really happy with it. Would definitely buy from them again.
